Our goal is to make your day as stress-free as possible, most of the restrictions are based on experience. We will make as many accommodations and special requests as possible, as long as they do not violate our policy and restrictions, City and State health, safety, fire and/or occupancy codes and ordinances. These restrictions help you and your guests have all the time needed to enjoy your day, and allow us to capture the very best and most meaningful part of your wedding day.
Chapel At The Farm Restrictions and Regulations:
Children and infants of any age will and do count as a guests. No Glitter Allowed we are a Glitter FREE ZONE this includes any and all personal items. Shoes, dressing, handbags, hair accessories, flowers, decorations and more. Glitter appears on rare and random items so please inform your guests. It is not tossing glitter it is all glitter. Thank you in advance, this is hard to get out of the old floor boards.
Elopement 4 Guests Inside the 1920's Farmhouse: With the Elopement Package, each couple will have use of the Farmhouse for a total of thirty (30) minutes. Plus extra time on the grounds. If you arrive early, please wait outside until your confirmed arrival time, as there may be another wedding prior to yours. For all Elopement Packages everyone will arrive fully dressed with hair and makeup complete and ready to enjoy the wedding.
Farmhouse Wedding 12 Guests Inside the 1920's Farmhouse: With the Farmhouse Wedding Package, each couple will have use of the Farmhouse 1 and 1/2 hour with 30 minutes of the use of the grounds after our photographer, staff is done and all personal items removed from the farmhouse. That time is provided to enjoy time with your guests and will allow your guests to take pictures after the pro is done. Our dressing suites are provided 15 minutes prior to ceremony be sure to come with hair and make up done to allow for a quick in change in the dressing suite. The couple may have (1) one helper in each separate dressing suite to assist them. No one other than the one helper is allowed in the small dressing suite. The professional photographer will be taking pre ceremony photos during that time after the couple has dressed. All parents, children, bridal party, and guests will arrive ready and dressed. Public restrooms will be made available for anyone needing to touch up make up or fresh up. If you arrive early, please wait outside until your confirmed arrival time, as there may be another wedding prior to yours.
Pavilion Wedding Be sure to arrive at your set time. This package will have 30 guests, or the 50 guests. You will have the use of the venue for a total of 3 hours. 15 minute early arrival time for the couple and one helper in the farmhouse dressing rooms to get changed and for the photographer to get pre-ceremony photos. All other parents, children, guests and bridal party will arrive dressed and ready to go. Public restrooms will be made available for anyone needing to touch up make up or fresh up. A total of 1/2 hour prior to ceremony is made available to the couple for any personal touches and decor outside under the Pavilion. The couple and guests will have 1/2 hour after the professional photographer is done and all personal items removed from the Farmhouse to enjoy their guests and get photos with family and friends that want to take pictures.If you arrive early, please wait outside until your confirmed arrival time, as there may be another wedding prior to yours.
No cameras, camera phones or photo taking is allowed while our professional photographer is hard at work, there will be time allowed after we have finished for family and friends to take all the selfies and photos they can get in, with the time on the grounds.
Reservation Fees. All Reservation Fees to secure your wedding date and time is payed with a Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Fee. This is non-negotiable. So, before we take the date off the market to other couples, be sure the date and time of your wedding with us will work for you and your family.
Petal toss. Real petal toss for outside and silk petals inside for the aisle. Champagne/ Cider toast for you and your guests to enjoy. You will provide the champagne/ cider and ice. No other beverages are allowed. A personal couples cake 6-9 inches is allowed for the couple to exchange a sweet bite for a great photo op. If you decide against the champagne/cider toast please be sure to bring bottled water for your guests especially in the summer time.
Officiant: if you choose to bring in your own officiant, there will be a $50.00 fee.
Marriage License: You must bring your valid marriage license issued by the State of Arizona.
Fun Props and Photo Ops! When hiring our award winning photographer, all fun photo props are available for your use.
Due to the historic nature of the charming 1920’s Farmhouse, we understand that all children must be supervised and are not allowed to stand on furniture, or run through the antique farmhouse. Children not supervised by parents/guardians after several warnings may be asked to leave.
The couple getting married and all invited guests agree that Chapel at the Farm, all staff of Chapel at The Farm and or Contracted workers of Chapel at The Farm are held harmless for all real and imagined harm to all persons associated or affiliated with the couple getting married. The couple is responsible for all personal items, and the personal items and welfare of their guests. The couple getting married also understands and assumes all liability for themselves and their guests and pay for any damages, court costs and or attorney fees for damages that may occur. The couple is responsible to provide this information to their guests.
Reviews & Social Media: Your satisfaction and enjoyment of your wedding day is always our goal. We agree that if we review Chapel at the Farm on any and all social media, good or bad, that the review is based on factual information rather than opinion only. Opinion only reviews can and will be removed with this agreement.
All guests that are in direct non-compliance with the restrictions and or become argumentative, confrontational, aggressive and or hostile towards any and all staff members may be asked to leave. Remember our goal is for everyone to have fun and a celebratory experience, so please be kind when we remind.
